Car Trouble

Last week Roger told me that Ailene’s car broke down in Adamsburg. He said that all of her lights came on. He was working and couldn’t go and pick her up, but Cindy went to her rescue.

Well, Tommy E. called me and told me the whole problem with her car was she was out of gas. Well, we kidded her about that, because you can get farther with gas.

Three

Speaking of Tommy, he read last week’s column where I mentioned my husband visiting me at my grandmother’s and I put in (3). He asked if I had been married 3 times and it meant he was working 3rd shift. If I couldn’t make one marriage work how would I ever make it to number 3? I was probably a lousy wife or he would have kept me.

Sitting With A Loved One

If you are looking for someone to sit with a loved one, call Gynetta at 1-864-466-6728, she’s available.

Deer

I don’t live in the country, but I have deer on my hill every night.

Gina had the dogs out at 3 a.m. and looked up the hill and the deer was just standing and staring at her. The companion deer was a little further down the side yard. Now every night she sees them.

Earlier today she walked up into the higher grass and could see where they might have been sleeping. This could be because of the sewer lines being put in close to where we usually see them, they’ve moved. Who knows.

I thought they might be after my tomato plants but so far they’re untouched.

Well it’s really late so I’ll say good night and call at 1-864-545-6652.
