Guilty pleas heard in General Sessions Court

UNION – The following people pleaded guilty this week in General Sessions Court before Judge John C. Hayes III of York:

– Chelsea Carroll, 1437 Peach Orchard Road, Union, to misdemeanor resisting arrest, one year suspended upon 90 days and two years probation; unlawful possession of a prescription drug, two years suspended upon 90 days and two years probation; assault and battery second-degree, three years suspended upon 90 days and two years probation, sentences to run concurrently.

– Antoine Harris, 610 Eisontown Road, Jonesville, to trafficking cocaine first offense, sentencing deferred until Dec. 3.

– Dartande Foster, 134 Thomas Ranch Road, Union, to possession of cocaine first offense, three years suspended upon one year probation with credit for time served; to receiving stolen goods under $2,000, 30 days suspended, sentences to run concurrently.

– Joshua Gilmore, 120 N. Boyce St.,#5-D, Union, to possession with intent to distribute marijuana second offense, two years suspended upon one year probation.

– Danny Inman, 126 Bob Little Road, Jonesville, to possession of crack cocaine first offense, two years suspended upon six months probation; to possession of a controlled substance, six months suspended upon six months probation, sentences to run concurrently.

–Travelle Jennings, 132 Hill St., Carlisle, to possession with intent to distribute marijuana first offense, four years, sentencing deferred until Nov. 23.

–Jacquelyn Kelly, 245 Congaree Road, Apt. #213, Greenville, to financial identity fraud, two years suspended upon 18 months probation.

–Joey Blackwell, 107 Mt. View Circle, Lyman, to possession with intent to distribute marijuana first offense, three years suspended upon two years probation.

–Melissa Millwood, 2206 Lockhart Highway, Union, to distribution of a Schedule III narcotic, one year suspended upon 90 days to be served on weekends and one year probation.

–Clarence Puckett III, 295 Vanderford Road, Union, tried and found guilty of trafficking cocaine first offense, 10 years with credit for time served.

–Lekay Rogers, 1405 Peach Orchard Road, Union, to unlawful conduct toward a child, time served.
