JONESVILLE, SC - Mr. Ernest "Kulue" Bell, 74, husband of the late Addie Lowrhea Good Bell, Highway 1217 Freeman Trailer Park, Jonesville, SC, died Tuesday evening at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center after a short illness.

Mr. Bell was born in Union County on Nov. 30, 1937, a son of the late Anderson and Annie Bell Jeter Bell. A member of Mark Hill Baptist Church, he was retired from Rosemont Mill as a slasher and loved his family and friends.

Survivors include four sons, Gary Bell of the home, Rick A. Bell of Union, James D. (Dollie) Bell of Jonesville, Anthony S. Bell of Jonesville; two stepsons, Bobby Dean Hunte and Tyrone Perry, both of Spartanburg; two daughters, Margie Ann Smith and Pamela Denise Burris, both of Jonesville; two sisters, Rosa Lee Jones of Spartanburg and Annie Mae Porter of Rock Hill, SC; 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held Monday, Sept. 20, 2010, at the Lewis Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. by the Rev. J.J. Jackson and Rev. James E. Tillotson.

The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 3 p.m.-5 p.m. at the funeral home, with viewing, and at the home after 5 p.m.
