The following persons pleaded guilty before Judge Lee S. Alford in General Sessions Court Monday:

Terrell Canty, 191 Sims Chapel Road, Spartanburg, to possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine second offense, five years.

James Crawford III, 289 Estes Road, Union, to burglary second-degree, five years suspended upon time served and two years probation.

Charles Crosby, 111 Lybrand St., Union, to simple possession of marijuana, time served; and assault of a high and aggravated nature, time served; sentences concurrent.

Michael Edwards, 228 Fairmont St., Union, to accessory after the fact of third-degree burglary, one year suspended upon two years probation; to accessory after the fact of grand larceny, one year suspended upon two years probation; to unlawful possession of a controlled substance first offense, one year suspended upon two years probation and $500 paid to the Public Defenders Fund; sentences concurrent.

Sherry Fallen, 726 Rice Avenue Extension, Apt. 9E, Union, to distribution of a Schedule II narcotic, one year suspended upon 18 months probation and $500 Public Defenders Fund.

Felicia Howard, 114 3rd St., Union, to simple possesson of cocaine first offense, two years suspended upon two years probation and $500 paid to the Public Defenders Fund.

Kashif Nash, 391 K Summit Apts., Pickens, to possession of crack cocaine first offense, two years suspended upon 18 months probation.

Michael Ponder, 255 Hidden Forest Drive, Union, to assault of a high and aggravated nature, three years suspended upon two years probation and no contact with victims.

Bruce Magner, 106 Deer Point Drive, Union, to assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, 18 months suspended upon one year probation and $2,500 restitution.

Michael Wilson, 228 Bobo St., Union, to criminal domestic violence second-degree, five months.
