Trespassing can land you in jail, especially if you are being sought for allegedly stabbing a woman.

Charles Nathan Crosby, 51, 111 Lybrand St., Union, is charged by the Union Public Safety Department with trespass, trespass after notice and assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature.

The incident report states around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday an officer observed Crosby standing by a porch on the 200 block of West Henrietta St. in violation of a trespass notice barring him from Union Housing Authority property.
