Next week it will be Union County Council’s turn to deal with the budgeting process for fiscal 2010-2011.

Supervisor Tommy Sinclair said council will begin three days of budget work sessions Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. The sessions will be held in the Law Library on the third floor of the Union County Courthouse.

Sinclair said the process will begin with budget requests from county departments and offices and then council members will hear from outside agencies. After hearing budget requests, Sinclair said that council will take up the process of reconciling proposed expenditures with project revenues.
