The location of Lt. Gov. André Bauer’s early Tuesday, March 23, morning visit to Union County has been changed to the YMCA at the corner of Lakeside Drive and Main Street.

Bauer is in the midst of a 15-event, 24-hour campaign kickoff tour to announce his candidacy for governer. The tour is designed to allow Bauer to make his announcement in cities and towns across the state as he shares his message with South Carolinians about the future of the state.

The 4:30 a.m. stop in Union was originally to take place at the Union County Sheriff’s Office but late Monday afternoon Bauer’s campaign announced it was being moved to the YMCA.
