Lady Jackets sweep tourney

The Lady Jackets softball team went undefeated this weekend during its championship run of the Union County Pre-season Baseball Tournament.

Union County opened the tourney beating York 1-0 on Friday. The Lady Jackets turned up the heat during their second night game defeating Irmo 9-2.

York, which beat Irmo earlier, faced off against Union County Satuday for the championship game. The Lady Jackets dominated getting the 10-0 shutout.
