The following persons pleaded guilty before Judge Lee S. Alford of York in General Sessions Court Monday:

Shanna Bailey, 1493 Lukesville Road, Union, to distribution of an imitation controlled substance, two years suspended upon 90 days and two years probation.

Christopher Edwards, 154 Hamm St., Union, to distribution of crack cocaine first offense, two years.

Troy Lann, 536 Dedruhl Road, Chester, to violation of SC gun law, 30 days and bench warrant is rescinded.

Tyler Lawson, 284 Vernon Foster Road, Union, to distribution of a Schedule III narcotic, five years suspended upon two years probation.

George Means, 103 Simmons St., Union, to unlawful sale of beer on Sunday, 30 days; to unlawful sale of liquor on Sunday, 30 days; sentences to run concurrently and be served on weekends.

Brandon Mobley, 1130 Linersville Road, Union, to discharging a firearm while under the influence, two years suspended upon 90 days and 18 months probation; to resisting arrest, one year suspended upon 90 days and 18 months probation; sentences to run concurrently and be served on the weekends.

Donald Rhinehart, 221 East Main St., Union, to distribution of a Schedule III narcotic, 90 days, sentence to be served on the weekends.

Joshua Stephens, 128 Dana Tara Lane, Buffalo, to burglary second-degree (non-violent), eight years suspended upon five years and two years probation, restitution of $2,226 and $500 paid to the Public Defender Fund; to petit larceny, five years; to burglary second-degree, eight years, sentence suspended upon five years and two years probation; sentences to run concurrently.
