The girls squad lost 39-26. Whitney Shetley led the team with 14 points, six rebounds and forced six turnovers. Chelsea Walker and Bella Spencer each had four points and three rebounds.
“Gabby Cromer doesn’t make the plays that fill up the stat book or get her name in the paper, but its all the little things she does well that has earned her a spot in the starting lineup,” coach Tommy Mann said. “She has been the key to our press break in every game this season, and I am very proud of her.”
The boys team lost 57-35. Dustin Medford led with 25 points, five rebounds and three blocks. Leland Comtois had six points and five blocks; Jamille Goggins had four points.
“Despite the loss it was a great way for Dustin to end his Eagles home career,” Mann said. “We played against a quick, tough defense, and Dustin was able to make plays all night.”
