The following persons pleaded guilty in General Sessions Court on Tuesday before Judge John Hayes of York:

Sterling Henderson, 148 Doe Jeter Road, Buffalo, to three counts of simple possession of marijuana second offense, one year suspended upon five years probation on each count; to possession of crack cocaine second offense, two years; to failure to stop for a blue light first offense, three years suspended upon five years probation, sentences to run concurrently.

Todd Moore, 2543 Meansville Road, Jonesville, to two counts of assault and battery and one count of simple assault, 30 days suspended upon one year probation on each count; to carrying a concealed weapon, 90 days suspended upon one year probation, sentences to run concurrently.

Ronnie Vanderford, 105 Lybrand St., Union, to assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, one year concurrent with probation revocation.
