JONESVILLE, SC — Miss Frances Taylor, 87, 698 Jeffries Farm Rd., Jonesville, SC died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010 at her home.

Miss Taylor was born in Holly Springs, SC, April 25, 1922, a daughter of the late Liam and Nellie Horton Taylor. She was a member of the Salvation Army Church in Union and formerly employed with United Merchants-Union Plant.

Surviving are a sister, Janie Taylor of the home; six nephews, Leonard Bradburn and wife Sherry of the home, Wayne Taylor and wife Ann of Pauline, David Bradburn and wife Gail of Gaffney, Jerry Bradburn and wife Laura, Ricky Taylor and wife Julie, all of Union, and Toney Taylor and wife Jessica of Greenville; and several great and great-great nieces and nephews. Miss Taylor was predeceased by a sister, Lucille Bradburn.

Services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, 2010 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Robert Branch. Burial will follow at Rosemont Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Chris Taylor, Marty Henderson, Chad Bridges, Jesse Bradburn, Robbie Bradburn and Chad Bradburn.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday night, Jan. 7, 2010 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home.

The family would like to say a special thank you to Harmony Hospice for their loving and compassionate care of Miss Taylor .

The family will be at the home 698 Jeffries Farm Rd., Jonesville, SC. 29353.

to the family of mrs. taylor sorry for the lost of your love one. i didt know her, but my heart go out to you all.I too have lost love ones and i know the emptyness you all are feeling. I have found these scritures to be helpful revelation 21:3-4 and isaiah 33:24. sincerely cloriena smith
