Guilty pleas heard in General Sessions Court

The following people pleaded guilty Monday in General Sessions Court before Circuit Judge James C. Williams of Orangeburg:

Jason Pruitt, 100 Duncan Circle, Union, to criminal domestic violence, second offense, 30 days to be served on weekends; to assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, four years suspended to 30 days, two years probation and restitution.

Derrick Johnson, 200 Spring St., to assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, five years suspended to one year, two years probation and restitution.

Cornelius Farr Jr., 118 Hillside Drive, Union, to grand larceny over $1,000, one year suspended to 90 days, two years probation and restitution.

Kip Fleming, 1111 Lakeside Drive, Union, to possession with intent to distribute marijuana, one year suspended to 18 months probation and given credit for time served.

Carlton Duffy, 206 Cabin St., Union, to resisting arrest, one year; to possession with intent to distribute marijuana, one year concurrent.

Corbin Easler, 141 John Lancaster Road, Spartanburg, to possession of stolen property, given credit for time served.

Kyle Gory, 410 Rogerstown Road, Jonesville, to distribution of marijuana, five years suspended to 18 months and 18 months probation, concurrent with time served; to distribution of a Schedule 4 narcotic, five years suspended to 18 months, concurrent, given credit for time served.

Mark Mitchell, 300 Perrin Avenue, to distribution of marijuana, guilty plea taken on July 13, three years suspended to 18 months, 18 months probation; to possession of marijuana, second or more offense, one year concurrent, given credit for time served.

Timothy Norris Jr., 890 South Jonesville Highway, Jonesville, to possession of crack, 18 months suspended to 18 months probation; to possession of a controlled substance, six months suspended to 18 months probation.

Blake McMillian, 121 Cedar St., Union, to distribution of marijuana , second offense, five years suspended to 18 months and one year probation.

Joshua Jennings, 236 Harwood Heights, Union, to assault with intent to kill, two years suspended to 18 months probation.

Harold Humphries, 210 Pinetree Lane, Union, to criminal domestic violence, second, one year suspended to 30 days home detention, one year of probation and ordered to complete batterer’s treatment.

David Baldwin, 118th North 5th St., Lockhart, to assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, four years suspended to 90 days home detention, 30 months probation and ordered to pay restitution.

Lannie Birdsong, 101 C St., Jonesville, to grand larceny over $1,000, three years suspended to 90 days, two years probation, given credit for time served.

Brian Caldwell, 3765 Buffalo-West Springs Highway, Buffalo, to breaking into a motor vehicle, two years suspended to six months and 18 months probation.

David Williams, South Carolina Department of Corrections, to two counts of forgery, eight months suspended to six months and one year probation.
