Mr. Glenn was born March 8, 1924, a son of the late Lloyd Glenn and Ola Thompson. He was a member of Mt. Rowell Baptist Church and retired from Union Mill.
Also surviving are three sons, Herbert (Arneathea) Glenn S.T. (Mary) Glenn Jr. of Spartanburg and Dennis Glenn of Florence; four daughters, Barbara Glenn, Victoria Glenn and Ray-Shawn Glenn, all of Union and Leondra Smith of Virginia; and a step-son, Raymond Littlejohn of Union.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 30, 2009, at Mt. Rowell Baptist Church conducted by Pastor K.R. Sheppard. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6-7 p.m. at the Gibson & Brown Funeral Home.
