Thomas Jeter, 3117 Berry Farm Road, Union, to shoplifting, five years suspended upon 15 months and two years probation with credit for time served.
Bobby Dimsdale, 123 Lybrand St., Jonesville, to receiving stolen goods worth more than $2,000 but less than $5,000, two years suspended upon 18 months probation with credit for time served.
Bryan Gregory, 204 Third St., Union, to forgery less than $10,000 and grand larceny over $2,000, five years on each count suspended upon 90 days to be served on weekends beginning March 15 and five years probation with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.
Jaran Harris, 443 Whitlock Lake Road, Jonesville, to assault and battery second-degree, two years suspended upon 18 months probation with credit for time served.
John Turner, 206 Francis Avenue, Union, to burglary second-degree (non-violent) and petit larceny, five years on each count with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.
