UNION — The following persons pleaded guilty before Judge Lee S. Alford of York in General Sessions Court this past week.

Thomas Jeter, 3117 Berry Farm Road, Union, to shoplifting, five years suspended upon 15 months and two years probation with credit for time served.

Bobby Dimsdale, 123 Lybrand St., Jonesville, to receiving stolen goods worth more than $2,000 but less than $5,000, two years suspended upon 18 months probation with credit for time served.

Bryan Gregory, 204 Third St., Union, to forgery less than $10,000 and grand larceny over $2,000, five years on each count suspended upon 90 days to be served on weekends beginning March 15 and five years probation with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.

Jaran Harris, 443 Whitlock Lake Road, Jonesville, to assault and battery second-degree, two years suspended upon 18 months probation with credit for time served.

John Turner, 206 Francis Avenue, Union, to burglary second-degree (non-violent) and petit larceny, five years on each count with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.

Joshua Wycoff, 167 Loversland Road, Gaffney, to unlawful transportation of nonferrous metals, time served; and to distribution of methamphetamine, five years suspended upon one year and 18 months probation, sentences to run concurrently.

Chad Allen, 8101 Lockhart Highway, Sharon, to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine first offense and distribution of methamphetamine first offense, four years with credit for time served on each count; and possession of a Schedule III narcotic (Hydrocodone 10 mg), one year with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.

Daniel Rowell Glenn, 111 Knuckles St., Union, to two counts of forgery less that $10,000, five years suspended upon three years probation with credit for time served on each count; to two counts of petit larceny, time served, sentences to run concurrently.

Kacie Lawson, 3752 Buffalo-West Springs Highway, Jonesville, to financial transaction card fraud, one year with credit for time served; to financial transaction card fraud, three years with credit for time served; and grand larceny over $3,000, three years with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.

Wesley Murphy, 302 Blassingame St., Union, to accessory after the fact to burglary second-degree and receiving stolen goods, five years on each count suspended upon two years and three years probation with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.

David Pecor, 28A Railroad Avenue, Essex Junction, Virginia, to forgery, two years with credit for time served.

Jordan Riddle, 166 Neal Shoals Road, Trailer #2, Union, to burglary second-degree (non-violent), Youth Offenders Authority not to exceed six years suspended upon time served and to pay restitution of $1,143.

James Bumgardner, 830 S. Duncan Bypass, Union, to possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance first offense, time served (credit for 174 days served); to possession of methamphetamine first offense, three years suspended upon two years probation with credit for time served (174 days); to failure to stop for a blue light first offense, three years suspended upon two years probation with credit for time served (174 days); to attempting to manufacture methamphetamine, five years suspended upon two years probation with credit for time served (174 days); to driving under the influence first offense, time served (174 days), sentences to run concurrently.

Dontey Gory, 2539 Meansville Road, Union, to manufacturing methamphetamine, three years suspended upon 18 months probation with credit for time served (170 days).

Tracie Kirby, 308 Fairview St., Jonesville, to grand larceny over $2,000, five years suspended upon five years probation with credit for time served (38 days).

John Reid, 502 E. Main St., Union, to two counts of grand larceny over $2,000, five years suspended upon five years probation with credit for time served (241 days); to two counts of burglary second-degree (violent) and one count of burglary first-degree, 10 years suspended upon five years probation with credit for time served (241 days) on each count; to petit larceny, credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.

Avery Sims, 479 Old Union Road, Union, to distribution of crack cocaine first offense, five years suspended upon two years probation provided upon service of 90 days with credit for time served (seven days).

Jennifer Wilkins, 844 Forest St., Jonesville, to grand larceny over $2,000, five years suspended upon five years probation with credit for time served (38 days).
