Philip Dean Saulter

NEWBERRY — Mr. Philip Dean Saulter, 43, husband of Wendy Plexico Saulter of Union, passed away Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013 at J.F. Hawkins Nursing Home in Newberry after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis.

Mr. Saulter was born in Columbia, S.C., June 30, 1969, son of the late Fredrick Donald and Carrie Janet Saulter. He was employed by Tom Sailor’s Roofing in Union, and he worked as a heating and AC technician for over 10 years in Miami, FL. He was member of the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Buffalo. He loved fishing, music, sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving in addition to his wife is a sister, Elizabeth Saulter of Columbia; three special sons, Brian Millwood, Dustin Boulware, and Joshua Boulware; and three grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Feb. 10, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Foster Park in Union. Memorials may be made to the National MS Society or to a charity of one’s choice.
