UNION — Nobuko Hovsepian, 75, wife of Hurant “Harry” Hovsepian Jr., 141 Shady Hill Drive, Union, passed away Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012 at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, TX.

Mrs. Hovsepian was born in Nara, Japan, Jan. 1, 1937 and was a retired textile worker.

Surviving in addition to her husband are three daughters, Sheri Stamey and fiancé Chad Greer of Union, Debra Bobo and husband Donny of Abilene, TX, and Natalie Hovsepian and husband Ron Grimes of Kingsport, TN; four grandchildren, Sean Hovsepian, Cody Stamey, Joey Stamey Jr., all of Union, and Clayton Bobo of Abilene, TX.

Mrs. Hovsepian was predeceased by a daughter, Kelly Ann Hovsepian; and two sons, Harry Hurant Hovsepian III and Mitchell Hovsepian.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012 at SR Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Brad Goodale. Burial will be in the Rosemont Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Donny Bobo, Chad Greer, Joey Stamey Sr., Joey Stamey Jr., Sean Hovsepian and Cody Stamey.

Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hendrick Hospice Care, 1682 Hickory, Abilene, TX 79601 or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 1st Francis Drive, Greenville, SC 29601.
