WASHINGTON, D.C. — Funeral services for Rachel Teresa Phillips Parham, 90, will be held Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Woodson Chapel Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
She was the wife of Union native, Chevist O. Parham.
Arrangements are with the Michael A. Glenn Funeral Home, 361 Meansville Road.
