I would like to thank the Monarch Elementary School P.T.O. and School Improvement Council for providing us with such great support throughout the year. Danny Horlacher, P.T.O. President, and Mrs. Shannon Sumner, SIC Chair, have gone beyond the call of duty to assist us in raising money to enhance instruction and provide incentives for our students. Beyond this, many parents serve as School Safety Coordinators to ensure that our halls are monitored at all times.
