Men’s church league softball action wrapped up on Tuesday night at South Hills Complex and saw Tabernacle and Buffalo emerging with championship titles.
In the A-League, number one seeded Mon Aetna eliminated Crestview to advance to the championship game to face three seed,Tabernacle.
In the final game on Field 1, Tabernacle defeated Mon Aetna, 16-9, to be crowned tournament champions.
On field 2, B-League action heated up at 7 p.m. with number one seed Buffalo falling to fifth ranked New Life, 26-14. The loss was Buffalo’s first, forcing a second game. In game two, Buffalo took a 16-9 win to earn the championship plaque and bragging rights that will last until next season.
