Photo courtesy of Foster Park Elementary School Graduation Day Five-year-old kindergarteners graduated on May 24 at Foster Park Elementary School. The songs, poems, and words of encouragement were enjoyed by a cafeteria full of family and friends. Awards were presented for the highest scoring students on MAP Testing and those achieving the highest gains. Anthologies were presented to students whose pieces were published in this year’s school anthology, The Eagle’s Nest. The students then received their diplomas. The students bid everyone a sweet goodbye and were off to enjoy the summer.
