ROCK HILL — Union Christian Day School defeated Walnut Grove 69-43 on Friday.

Team captain Grant Shetley led the Eagles to their ninth straight victory with 21 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists and a combined six steals and blocks.

Senior Eric Black had 12 points, 12 rebounds, four assists and a combined eight steals and blocks. Freshman Andrew Goodale had a season high 18 points, five rebounds, two assists and a combined six steals and blocks.

Junior Dustin Medford was able to score 11 points, had seven rebounds, two assists and a combined five steals and blocks. Medford's lower than usual numbers reflected his limited play in the first and fourth quarters.

The entire Eagles team contributed to the victory, with all members scoring.
