Judge hears guilty pleas

The following people pleaded guilty Monday in General Sessions Court before Circuit Court Judge John C. Hayes III of Rock Hill:

Rodrick Wallington, 759 Sardis Road, Union, to second-degree burglary, five years suspended to five years probation, restitution of $650 and $500 to the public defender fund.

Rosa West, 205-A West Henrietta St., to possession of crack cocaine, three years suspended to two years probation.

Joyce Sinclair, 220 Eaves Road, Whitmire, to purchasing a controlled substance, four days credit for time served, one year or $100 fine, 30 days to pay the fine and costs.

Stanley Knight, 285 Cedar Grove Road, to possession of a controlled substance, 90 days weekend time beginning Oct. 18.

Brennon Hambright, 1496 Santuc-Carlisle Highway, Carlisle, to manufacturing marijuana, given credit for time served; to possession of drug paraphernalia, five years suspended to three years probation and 30 days of public service.

Kenneth Worthy, 1934 Wildcat Creek Road, Rock Hill, to forgery, 16 days weekend service beginning on Oct. 18.

Edwin Howse, 302 Walker St., Union, to criminal domestic violence, second offense, one year suspended to 90 days weekend service beginning Oct. 18 and one year of probation.

Robert Johnson, 309 Arthur Boulevard, to distribution of marijuana within proximity of a school or park, five years suspended to three years probation, 20 days of public service and $500 to the public defender fund.

Charles Clark, 206 Francis Ave., Union, to forgery, five years suspended to 90 days, five years probation, court costs and restitution of $63.83.

Brandon Mobley, 1130 Linersville Road, Union, to assault, 30 days or $50 with 30 days to pay.

Kelly Solomon, Old Ferry Road, Union, to possession of a controlled substance, six months or $300 with 30 days to pay.
