Friday was "Pink Day" at Foster Park Elementary School. Teachers, staff and students wore pink not only to support their beloved teacher, Donna Sweezy, who is currently undergoing radiation for cancer, but in honor of everyone who is currently battling this disease. The school is also collecting items for "Palmetto Hugs" which gives support to children who are currently battling cancer.
