Two people were injured Tuesday afternoon in this two-vehicle collision on Lakeside Drive. A Union Public Safety Department report said Rick Keasler, 54, of 723 Happy Valley Road, the driver of a 1995 Geo, veered to the left into oncoming traffic and his car was struck head-on by a 1993 Ford SUV driven by Calvin S. Stevens, 27, of 496 Webber Lake Road. Both men were treated in the emergency room at Wallace Thomson Hospital.
