Laquidra Monique Eigner, 22, of 1590 Oxner Road, was charged Thursday by the Union County Sheriff's Office with being an accessory after the fact of a murder. Her arrest warrant, signed by Lt. Ms. Eigner was released from the Union County Jail Friday on $40,000 surety bond.
Deputies are still looking for Ruff, 27, of 146 Grant Acres Way, Prosperity, who will be charged with murder in the Aug. 18 shooting of Kelvin Davis. Davis, 19, was killed at his home on 147 Woodberry Drive during a home invasion and robbery.
A second suspect in the case, 25-year-old Patrick Troy Rice, of 617 Evans St., Whitmire, surrendered to deputies Thursday morning.
Miriam Elise Dickert, 17, of 508 Eaves Road, was charged Tuesday with accessory after the fact of a murder. She is accused of assisting Rice as he left the area for Thomasville, N.C., staying with him and helping him avoid law enforcement.
