Nominees for Female Athlete of the Year are: Caroline Bruce, Brittany Gregory, Katie Hammett, Chenice Porter, Kaitlin Sherbert, Rhonisha Tucker and Nikki Young.
Nominees for Male Athlete of the Year are: Christian Adamo, Tyler Adams, Clay Alexander, Akeem Beacham, Dwight Brannon, Colby Hawkins, Marcus Lott and Marcus Whitener.
These student-athletes excelled both in the classroom, in sports and in community service.
A panel, which includes members of the media, will select the winners. Look for photos and information on the winners in an upcoming edition of The Union Daily Times.
