A wedding is planned for May third, two thousand eight at six o'clock in the evening in Savannah, Georgia

The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Union High School; a 2004 Winthrop University graduate with a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Reading in 2005. She is a kindergarten teacher with the Fort Mill School District, Gold Hill Elementary School. She is a granddaughter of Mrs. James Jackson Parks and the late Mr. Parks, Mrs. Edward Faye Hines and the late Mr. Hines, all of Union.

Mr. LaMarche is a 1999 graduate of Hammondsport Central School and a 2003 graduate of Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Political Science and Economics. He is Senior National Account Manager for Aetna Inc.
