WOODSON CHAPEL BAPTIST CHURCH will celebrate Pastor and Mrs. Robert E. Cellins’ 13th anniversary and appreciation at 2 p.m. Rev. Russell Sheppard, pastor of Mt. Rowell Baptist Church, will be guest speaker.

CHAMBERTOWN COMMUNITY LIGHT HOUSE will have service at 11 a.m. with a community fellowship dinner following the service.

THE MICHAEL A. GLENN FUNERAL HOME, 361 Meansville Road, will have a candlelight program at 7 p.m., honoring recently lost loved ones. Each family will be asked to light a candle when the name is read. Refreshments will be served.

DECEMBER 24

WEST SPRINGS BAPTIST CHURCH will have a Christmas Eve candlelight service at 6 p.m. Dr. Brent Dowis is pastor.

AUGSBURG LUTHERAN CHURCH, 151 Connector Road, will host Christmas Eve candlelight service at 11 p.m. with special music, the Christmas Story from Luke 2 preached, singing Christmas Carols, the Lord’s Supper and surprises. Weather permitting the service will end outside in the wee hours of Christmas morning with candles and singing.
