Steven Redmon, 1454 Peach Orchard Road, Union, to possession of crack cocaine first offense, possession of a controlled substance first offense and possession of marijuana first offense, six months probation with conditional discharge on each count, sentences to run concurrently.
John Arthur Rutherford, 132 Douglas Heights, Union, to two counts of distribution of crack cocaine first offense, four years on each count, sentences to run concurrently.
