THE BUFFALO FIRE DEPARTMENT’S James H. Hampton Scholarship will be awarded to a recipient living in the BVFD Service Area.
This scholarship is available to a high school senior or adult seeking an advanced degree which may be pursued at a technical school, college, or university.
