To the editor:

The Union County Foster Parent Association would like to thank the gracious people of Union for all the support given to the association and our foster children.

Through your support of our fundraisers and generous donations we are able to provide our children with things we would not be able without the extra funds. Not everyone can be a foster parent, but through your contributions you have a part in helping children whose world has been turned upside down. These funds help foster families as they try to ensure those children have a stable and loving place to call home for as long as needed.

Through your donations to the Union County Foster Parent Association, we are able to provide funds for extra-curricular activities for the children. Some of these activities include sports registration, school field trips, summer camps and just some extra funds for vacations or a summer fun day with the family.

We are so blessed to have such a wonderful support system in Union County and thanks again for all you do for our kids.
