Students in Mrs. Susan Gilstrap’s fourth grade class at Foster Park Elementary School had two very special guests on Friday, April 22, Dr. Bob Goldstein and Mrs. Amy Bernstein. Dr. Goldstein and Mrs. Bernstein flew here from Oak Park, Illinois (minutes from Chicago), and visited this class for the third consecutive year. Mrs. Gilstrap and Mrs. Bernstein became acquainted when Mrs. Amy Bernstein began funding many of Mrs. Gilstrap’s proposals on the website DonorsChoose.org.
