Guilty pleas heard Monday in General Sessions Court

The following persons pleaded guilty Monday before Judge Lee S. Alford of York in General Sessions Court.

Jason Austin, 114 Culbreath Heights, Union, to unlawful possession of prescription drug, six months suspended upon one year probation and $500 paid to the Public Defender Fund.

Ricky Benvenuti, 120 City View Circle, Union, to leaving the scene of an accident with minor bodily harm, six months suspended upon one year probation and $500 paid to the Public Defender Fund.

James Bonanno, 103 Pine St., Buffalo, to possession of marijuana second offense, one year suspended upon one year probation and $500 paid to the Public Defender Fund.

Chastity Davis, 1943 Santuc-Carlisle Highway, Union, to forgery, five years suspended upon 90 days and five years probation and $500 paid to the Public Defender Fund.

Johnny Evans, 347 St. Andrews St., Spartanburg, to conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine first offense, three years suspended upon two years probation with credit for time served.

Ben Feaster, 117 Malone Avenue, Union, to distribution of crack cocaine within proximity of a park, three years suspended upon 90 days and two years probation and $500 paid to the Public Defender Fund; to distribution of crack cocaine first offense, 90 days; sentences to run concurrently.

Eddie Gist, 303 Stutts Avenue, Union, to four counts of burglary second-degree (non-violent), five years suspended upon 9o days and five years probation on each count; to three counts of pettit larceny, 30 days on each count; to grand larceny over $5,000, five years suspended upon 90 days and five years probation; sentences concurrent with credit for time served.

Donald Harris, 215 Oakdale Avenue, Carlisle, to misprision of felony, 90 days or $250 fine with 90 days to pay the fine.

Michael Holmes, 144 Williams St., Spartanburg, to conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine first offense, three years suspended upon two years probation and $500 paid to the Public Defender Fund, credit for time served.

Jonathan Long, 1418 Main St., Buffalo, to financial identity fraud, 90 days, credit for time served.

Amanda Martin, 402 N. Second St., Lockhart, to unlawful possession of prescription drug, six months suspended upon one year probation and $500 paid to the Public Defender Fund.

Christopher Martin, 402 N. Second St., Lockhart, to unlawful possession of presription drug, six months suspended upon one year probation and $500 paid to the Public Defender Fund.
