Joel Rosenfeld Stewart, 41, 613 Monarch Highway, Union, is charged by the Union County Sheriff’s Office with distribution of a Schedule II narcotic and distribution of a Schedule II narcotic within one-half mile of a school.
The offense report states narcotics officers used an operative to make an undercover purchase of Adderall, a Schedule II narcotic, from Stewart on Aug. 18. The purchase took place at Stewart’s residence at 613 Monarch Highway which the report states is within one-half mile of a school.
Stewart was taken into custody Monday.

Possession Of A Controlled Substance
A Union man ended up in jail for allegedly having in his possession a bottle of prescription pills he said he found at a park.
Brandon Dequan Edwards, 23, 786 Bailey Town Road, Union, is charged by the sheriff’s office with possession of a controlled substance.
The incident report states the reporting deputy was advised by a SC Highway Patrol trooper that he’d performed a traffic stop on Edwards, taken him into custody and transported him to jail. The trooper asked to meet with the deputy at the jail. The trooper said he’d located a green pill bottle with five round white pills withthe number 512 printed on one side. He then signed the bottle and the pills over to the deputy.
The report states the deputy identified the pills as Oxycodone, a Schedule II controlled substance. The deputy met with Edwards at the jail and after advising him of his Miranda Rights, asked him where the pills had come from. The report states Edwards said he found them lying on ground at Foster Park. A warrant was issued the issued for Edwards for possession of a controlled substance.

Jeffrey Lee Davis, 38, 921 Linersville Road, Buffalo, charged Friday with petit larceny.
Freddie Lee Puckett, 50, 114 Union Lane, Lockhart, charged Thursday with breach of peace.
Leslie Nicole Smith, 39, 207 Arthur St., Union, charged Friday with breach of peace.
Joseph Brent Elliott, 48, 1829 E. Cherokee St., Blacksburg, charged Wednesday with littering.
Schontera McClinton, 20, 450 Gettys St., Rock Hill, charged Wednesday with fraudulent check.

Shantera Shanten Price, 18, 107 Andy Drive, Jonesville, charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct.
Vicki Lynn Boulware, 41, 193 Carem Road, Union, charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct.
Thomas Worthy, 53, 104C Chambers Avenue, Union, charged Tuesday with trespass after notice.
