ONGOING

Hospice Care of Tri-County seeks volunteers to give a few hours a month to provide companionship and support to patients and their caregivers. There is no cost for training and no previous medical background is required. Tools will be provided to help you. Volunteers are also needed for administrative help, activities, and sewing. The UCAC is sponsoring the Local Artists’ Showcase that will be on display through Jan. 6. The showcase will highlight Union County artists giving them an outlet to sell their work. Call 429-2817 or email ucac@bellsouth.net for information.
