The importance of decisions
What we decide to do in life can either place us in God's will or take us out of it, but it can never take us out of His reach because while we are finite He is infinite in his power, wisdom, mercy, love, and justice. God can and always will reach out to us but inevitably we must decide if we will respond to his outreach and let His will not ours be done, or if will reject it. While different, especially in their outcomes, the path of acceptance and the path of rejection share are both within God's reach and subject to His judgment.
