The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrests:
— John Anthony Tucker, 33, of 440 Joe Walker Road, Union, was charged with petit larceny, trespassing, and four counts of financial card fraud around 4:35 p.m. on April 15. According to arrest warrants, Tucker took $250 from a purse and a Playstation 3 worth $215 from someone on April 5 while at an address on Tillman Street in Union for which he was already under trespass notice. Warrants also say Tucker used a debit card without the owner’s permission. Transactions were for $22.50, $22.50, and $13 from three different ATM machines and for $20.29 from Murphy USA.
— Linda Sue Parkins, 38, of 132 Lawson Road, Union, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia around 3:20 a.m. on April 15. According to arrest warrants, Parkins had in her possession 16 Schedule IV and one Schedule II drugs in her possession while at 908 S. Duncan Bypass in Union.
— LaChandra Charmine Fleming, 34, of 311 South Mountain St., Union, was charged with disorderly conduct around 6:45 p.m. on April 15. According to the arrest warrant, Fleming became loud and boisterous and acted in a threatening manner while at an address on Mills Lane in Union.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
— Tammy Renee Loyd, 46, of 146 Hamm St., Union, was charged with breach of peace around 3:55 p.m. on April 15.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:
— A resident of Pineland Road, Union, reported on April 15 that a gun and two necklaces were missing from her property. Missing items are valued at a total of $1,000.
