Jesus versus Religion
Religion is a human creation and like all human creations imperfect and temporary. Jesus, however, is perfect and eternal. This is the choice that faces each and everyone of us in our spiritual lives. Do we put our trust in something created by humans that, like its creators, will eventually pass from this world or do we place our faith in the Creator of the human race, the Creator of the universe, who will never pass away but reigns supreme, now and forever. Which do you choose?

Union County is sponsoring the Meansville Riley Water Company's application for a $350,000 grant through the South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority. The grant would enable the company to install approximately 31,000 linear feet of new water main on eight different roadways and improve water quality. If requested to do so, should the county sponsor more such grant applications by other local water companies?
