The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrests:
— David Terrell Gallman, 28, of 106 Harris Road, Union, was charged with possession of marijuana around 1:25 p.m. on May 8. According to the incident report, officers seized $122 from Gallman after he was issued a ticket for the possession of marijuana because some of the currency had been used by narcotics officers with a controlled buy earlier in the day.
— Rebecca Ann Odell, 21, of 122 South St., Buffalo, was charged with malicious damage to property around 4:25 p.m. on May 8. According to the arrest warrant, Odell threw a man’s cell phone on the ground while in the parking lot of the Church of God in Union.
— Marquez Deon Kershaw, 24, of 267 Duncan Avenue, Union, was charged with driving under suspension around 12:47 a.m. on May 9.
— Eugene Warren Moore, 44, of 1201 Old Buncomb Road, Union, was charged with shoplifting around 2 p.m. on May 8. According to the arrest warrant, Moore took $31.21 worth of merchandise from Walmart in Union.
The Union Public Safety Department reported the following incident:
— A resident of Lipsey Street, Union, reported on May 9 that someone shot at her vehicle. Officers found that the driver’s side window of her vehicle had been shot twice. Evidence was collected and photographs were taken. An investigation is ongoing.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrest:
— Sunnie Amanda Sadowsky, 23, of 217 Country Side Drive, Pacolet, was charged with public intoxication and broken seal around 10:10 p.m. on May 8.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:
— A resident of West Springs Highway, Jonesville, reported on May 8 that someone had broken into her storage building. She stated when she arrived at her home, she noticed the lock had been broken and the bottom of the door was split. Items missing included belt making materials and bag chairs, valued at a total of $130. She stated there were other valuable items in the building which were not taken. The case was turned over to investigation.
— A resident of Jonesville Highway, Jonesville, reported on May 8 that her medication was taken from her vehicle. Medication missing included quantities of Loratab and Phenazopyridine tablets.
