Quandarius Dawkins, 1224 N. Pinckney St., Union, to possession of a stolen handgun and pointing, presenting a firearm, and distribution of crack cocaine first offense, Youth Offenders Authority not to exceed five years with credit for time served on each count; distribution of a Schedule IV controlled substance (Alprazolam), Youth Offenders Authority not to exceed three years with credit for time served, sentences to run concurrently.
Ashley Dobbins, 197 Avery Drive, Forest City, N.C., to contributing to the delinquency of a minor, three years suspended upon one year probation with credit for time served.
Howard Glenn, 110 Ravenscroft St., Union, to possession of marijuana first offense or more and possession with intent to distribute cocaine first offense, sentencing on both counts deferred to July 15.
Amanda O’Dell, 1517 Peach Orchard Road, Union, to shoplifting less than $2,000, three years suspended upon 60 days and 18 months probation with credit for time served.
Tyler Raines, 1208 Mudbridge Road, Buffalo, to driving under the influence second offense, two years and $2,500 suspended upon 30 days to be served on weekends and five years probation with credit for time serve and $1,100 plus court costs; to driving under suspension second offense, 30 days to be served on weekends, sentences to run concurrently.
