Gifts both earthly and eternal
As our Creator, Lord and Savior, God owes us nothing while we owe Him everything, yet still He gives us everything we need. He not only gives us everything we need, but gives it to us every day because without His kindness and generosity creation itself would not exist. More importantly, He gives us everything we need to spend eternity with Him, but unlike the gifts that come with our earthly existence, we can either accept or reject this greatest of all of His gifts. Those that accept enjoy His limitless generosity and love while those who reject will one day realize too late just what they've lost.

Union County is sponsoring the Meansville Riley Water Company's application for a $350,000 grant through the South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority. The grant would enable the company to install approximately 31,000 linear feet of new water main on eight different roadways and improve water quality. If requested to do so, should the county sponsor more such grant applications by other local water companies?
