The Union Public Safety Department reported the following arrests:
— Jeffery Martin Cranford, 49, of 408 Meansville Road, Union, was charged with interference with animal control around 11:45 a.m. on April 30.
— Jasper Jennings III, 33, of 107 Gage Avenue, Union, was charged with ill treatment of animals around 3:05 p.m. on April 30. According to the arrest warrant, Jennings deprived his pit bulldog of the necessary sustenance of food, water and shelter while at an address on Foster Street in Union.
The Union Public Safety Department reported the following incident:
— A resident of William E. Free Pathway in Union reported on April 30 that someone broke the back window to her residence. Officers responded and noticed that an object had been used to break the window, and it appeared that someone had stepped on a lawn chair to enter. Nothing appeared to be missing from the residence at the time of the report.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
— Michelle Sloan Allison, 27, of 253 Williford Road, Union, was charged with possession of methamphetamine around 11:10 a.m. on April 30. According to the incident reports, Allison had a quantity of methamphetamine in her possession while at an address on Harwood Heights in Union.
— James Bradley O’Shields, 30, of 2225 Lockhart Highway, Union, was charged with malicious damage around 6:50 p.m. on April 30. According to the incident report, O’Shields entered a residence on Lovers Lane Road, starting an altercation and causing damage to property estimated at $425.
— Ann Patricia Moore, 49, of 250 Haywood St., Buffalo, was charged with driving under suspension, improper vehicle license and no proof of insurance around 8:30 a.m. on April 30.
