Several plead guilty during General Sessions Court

The following persons pleaded guilty before Circuit Judge Lee Alford of York in General Sessions Court on Monday and Tuesday:

— Rick Bell, 203 Wilbur St., Union, to criminal domestic violence second offense, one year suspended upon 60 days and one year probation, $500 paid to the Public Defenders Fund, and Batterer's Treatment.

— Franklin Cunupp Jr., 708 Lukesville Road, Fort Mill, S.C., to grand larceny over $1,000, five years; to burglary third-degree first offense, five years; sentences to run concurrent with sentence already being served.

— Robert Gilliam, 126 Forest Circle, Union, to possession of a controlled substance second offense, one year suspended upon 30 days, one year probation and $500 paid to the Public Defenders Fund, sentence to be served on the weekends.

— Scott Lemmonds, 231 Neil Road, Spartanburg, to pointing or presenting a firearm, two years and a $100 fine suspended upon $100 and two years probation.

— James Millwood Jr., 226 Buffalo Road, Buffalo, to possession of methamphetamine second offense, six months concurrent with federal sentence (sentenced deferred to same date as federal sentence).

— Willis Montgomery, 226 Shady St., Lot #1222, Jonesville, to distribution of crack cocaine within proximity of a school, 10 years suspended upon six years; to distribution of crack cocaine third or more offense, six years; sentences concurrent.

— Doris Rhinehart, 104 Wayside Drive, Union, to purchasing a controlled substance, time served.

— John Tucker, 1470 Meansville Road, Union, to distribution of an imitation substance, 30 months concurrent with sentence on probation, deferred until Nov. 16, 2009.

— Gene Vinson, 226 Haywood St., Buffalo, to driving under the influence second offense, one year and a $2,100 fine suspended upon five days and $1,600 and five years probation.
