Union OB/GYN, will hold an open house this evening to formally welcome Dr. Natashia Jeter.
“We’re holding the open house to formally welcome Dr. Jeter and introduce her to the community,” Union OB/GYN Office Manager Michelle Means-Lott said Monday.
Means-Lott said that Jeter, a Union native, began her study of medicine as an undergraduate at Clemson University and continued her studies at the Medical University of South Carolina. She said Jeter did her residency in Pennsylvania before joining a practice in Statesville, NC, where she remained for seven years before joining the staff of Union OB/GYN.
“Now she’s back home and we’re so happy to have her,” Means-Lott said.
Jeter is an obstetrician and gynecologist, and together with her colleagues Drs. Perry Wells and Jay Davis, provides Union OB/GYN’s patients with a range of obstetric and gynecological services.
Union OB/GYN opened in Aug. 2011 and, in addition to Drs. Jeter, Wells and Davis, employs a staff of four that includes two medical assistants, a clerical assistant, and an office manager.
This evening’s open house will be held from 5-7 p.m. with refreshments served. The public is invited to attend and meet Dr. Jeter along with her fellow physicians and the rest of the staff of Union OB/GYN.
