ROCK HILL — Provident Community Bank announces Melissa Smith as its most recent recipient of the Keeper of the Culture award.

Nominated by her peers, this award recognizes Melissa for many of her characteristics such as self belief, positive attitude, customer service principals and loyalty. Melissa is a teller working in Union as well as the surrounding markets and has been with the bank for six years.
