JONESVILLE — Mr. Niconer Ervin “Nick” Hyatt, 75, husband of Gail Champion Hyatt, 4155 Buffalo-West Springs Highway, Jonesville, passed away, Monday, Nov. 12, 2012 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Mr.Hyatt was born in Union, Feb. 18, 1937, a son of the late Willias and Juanita Smith Hyatt. He was retired from United Merchants, Buffalo Plant as a quality control engineer. Mr. Hyatt was a member of Bogansville United Methodist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter Nikki Allen of Spartanburg; a stepdaughter. Kristy Morris of Lexington; two

stepsons, Robby Gregory of Panama City, FL and Bryan Gregory of the home; a sister, Freida Fuller and husband Franklin of Union; Harold and Corrie Vaughan father and mother-in-law of Buffalo; seven grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012 at Bogansville United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Don Alexander. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Kenny Ray Puckett, Bryan Gregory, Tyler Gregory, Austin Gregory, Billy Lawson and Ronnie Lawson.

Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Wednesday prior to the services in the church.

Memorials may be made to Bogansville United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 4052 Buffalo-West Springs Highway, Jonesville, S.C. 29353.

The family will be at the home, 4155 Buffalo-West Springs Highway, Jonesville.
