The Union County JV volleyball team fell to Woodruff Thursday night, 15-25 and 21-25.
“Our biggest problem tonight was serving,” said Coach Sherry Jackson after the game. “As a team, we missed 23 serves. There were a few good serves and we had a good rally in the second game. I was pleased that the girls never gave up.”
Stats: Sydney Gregory had three aces. Caitlin Grant had two aces and an assist. Micaela Solis had an ace and an assist. Macy Scarborough had an ace.
Union County JV travels to Laurens on Monday at 5:30 p.m.
