The following persons pleaded guilty Monday before Judge John C. Hayes III of York in General Sessions Court.
Jamie Brown, 634 Riley Road, Buffalo, to resisting arrest, 60 days to be served on weekends with credit for time served.
Charles Crosby, 111 Lybrand St., Union, to burglary third-degree (first offense), five years suspended upon five years probation; to petit larceny, 30 days suspended; to criminal domestic violence (first offense), 30 days suspended; sentences to run concurrently.
Raquis Fleming, 317 S. Mountain St., Union, to possession with intent to distribute marijuana first offense, six months suspended upon six months probation.
Ronald McGraw, 154 Wildlife Drive, Union, to attempting to distribute a controlled substance (third offense), five years suspended upon five years probation and payment of fee to the Public Defenders Fund.
Anthony Richardson, 521 Brantley St., Newberry, to three counts of recorded/illegal distribution of 25 or fewer audio recordings, 10 or fewer video recordings, first offense, one year suspended upon one year probation and a $100 fine, sentences to run concurrently.
Bobby Taylor III, 106 Haskell St., Union, to shoplifting less than $2,000 third or more offense, five years suspended upon two years probation.
