SERVIERVILLE, TN — Mr. Dale R. Puckett, 63, of Servierville, TN, passed away Thursday afternoon, June 9, 2011.
Mr. Puckett was the son of Donald A. and Mae Puckett of Union and the late Dorothy Owens Parton. He was a musician and longtime employee with Dollywood.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Mitzi, are four daughters, Paula, Karen, Angie and Shelley; three sisters, Donna Cudd of Union, Debra Hess and Rena Connoley, both of Tennessee; two brothers, Dwight E. Puckett of Tennessee and Donnie Puckett of Spartanburg; and 12 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held in Sevierville, TN.
